I know I could do better to be more present and make an effort to make her feel more seen and heard. Sometimes the pressure and stress of life gets me so down I struggle with being present in home life. My job requires a lot of social energy and there's not much left at the end of the day. She knows that but it doesn't seem like she has the patience for it. She wants more from me, I just don't know if I have more to give at this point. Thanks for the reply though. It really made me reflect more on what I'm doing. One day at a time right?
