Fun fact. If you have bipolar, creatine intake can increase the chances of manic episodes

as Exercise Physiologist (UMass, UofA) when I was in school there was 0 evidence/ quality research studies actually supporting creatine supplements for healthy individuals..granted the original study found it was helpful for geriatrics in nursing homes, sooo.. I say it has no effect on healthy people... unless someone can cite quality study..

I love how you blush and giggle at your own pervy analogies. You've probably answered it already, what are some interesting things about ADHD and the brain? Is it okay to rely solely on medication? or should I embrace the chaos?

I use creatine pre weight training and L-theanine for focus. I really feel the positive affects of both.

The underlying reason is that supplement companies want to sell a super cheap product for more money.

I see your point and the hypothesis seems plausible but, like you said, marginal. It would be interesting to do a macro study with participants in groups of athletes and non-athletes with supplement and control, given a similar cognitively intense tasks. Could involve long term and short term tasks. I speculate the gains might be real but slight.
