Driver was pulled over for not having his headlights on, even tho it was not raining, and they demanded he get out for a possible traffic violation. He was not pulled over for suspicion of anything and finding MJ means nothing since they didnt even ask or look or even mention dr*gs.. It is just as possible he bought it legally as he could have illegally here in FL (Medical).
