To date there has been 16 black senators and 188 black house members in our lifetime. Laws are passed by majority.Yearly it’s 50 senators and about 435. The most black house members at any time was 62, today it’s one black senator . There has been 3 black governors in our lifetime.How are the black peoples going to get anything passed

Blacks were restricted from voting until 1965 ( only 60 years ago ) . Because of the help of some democrats to get the Voting Rights Act passed, whites protested and started voting republican ( after previously voting democrat)
