@wildflowerand_wolf: Someone HELP 😭 We bought a new #fogatti tankless water heater. We installed it and it had NO power working. We waited until an RV repair tech could come take a look. He said it was all wired correct, but assumed the board was damaged. So we emailed the company, got no response, so we bought a new board. We installed that yesterday and it got it working... we thought. But now when we run the water - less than a minute - it throws an E5 code. Online it says that likely a fan, both fans are working in the water heater. I just want to take a damn shower in my camper 🙄😭 Still ZERO communication from the company. I don't want to have to buy another water heater but - we need hot water! Anyone have any ideas?! #poorbusiness #tanklesswaterheater #rv #customerservice
