@jerrycooked_: buffalo wings infus3d with fine herbs 🌿. this was before I had my Lēvo oil infuser😔(link in bio😉) These are super simple to make besides the za-butter which is also easy af (just takes a while)! You just need a candy thermometer to keep the right temperature. For the wings I just seasoned them with salt, garlic p, onion p, paprika and fried them for 10-15 minutes or until super crispy. Optional you can dry them out in the refrigerator uncovered for a day (after you season them) and they’ll be super crispy and juicier For the butter: -grind herbs and bake in oven at 220F for 25 minutes -melt butter on double boiler and add grinded herbs -let sit at 160F-190F for 2-4 hours, stirring occasionally (I did 4 hours & you will need the candy thermometer for this) -strain through cheese cloth or fine mesh and squeeze out butter from herbs I recommend using about 4g of herb for every stick of butter (I tried to make mine as strong as possible lol) Buffalo sauce: 1 stick cold, cubed butter 1 bottle crystal hot sauce 1.5 tbsp honey 10g garlic powder 10g onion powder 5g ginger powder Blend or whisk in butter slowly to emulsify! Ranch: 115g Buttermilk 100g Sour cream 100g Mayo 10g chives 3g onion powder 3g salt 2g black pepper 3g minced garlic 3g garlic powder 5g lemon juice #hotwings #buffalowings #infused #fyp #food
