@dayum.gina: Bone Broth Recipe ✨ Ingredients (all organic): • 4 lbs grass-fed marrow bones (frozen is fine) • ½ onion • ½ stalk of celery • 5 large carrots • 5 bay leaves • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother) • 4 tbsp garlic (fresh or minced) • 2 tbsp dried rosemary • 2 tbsp dried thyme • Handful of fresh dill Instructions: Add all ingredients to a large stock pot or slow cooker. Cover with filtered water. Cook on low for 16 hours. Once done, strain and add a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of high-quality salt before sipping. Optional: Store in glass jars and freeze any extra.
