as an Operations Manager, I let my taskers know how much I appreciate them multiple times a day because I know how hard it is and I know how much work we do. I was a tasker, MM, and now OM and I feel like it helps our dynamic cause I was in their shoes. Any manager who doesn't think taskers are important should try one week without them and see how the store functions lol I appreciate yall 💗
