LEGIT. This man IMMEDIATELY tried to blame not only Eve but GOD for his actions. He said, “It was the woman YOU GAVE ME!” My jaw DROPPED when I first read that. The AUDACITY. Like, how about you take responsibility.

Technically Adam was the mature one and should have led Eve to the right answer. Not been led by her, maybe the first sin and not the actual act of eating the fruit.

it was both of their fault not just adams or eves individually they were partners their only job was to look after the garden and each other. adam failed eve just as much as eve failed him. and as a result both were punished.

I have an unrelated question. What should I do if me and the person I want to be with for the rest of my life don’t like the same type of church? Like I prefer smaller, more personal churches and he prefers big churches with huge worship teams and all kinds of activities and stuff.

Sorry Adam, I didn’t see anything that read “…and Eve force-fed Adam the fruit..” or “….and Eve forced the fruit into Adam’s hand and threatened/tricked him into eating the fruit…” But I DID read how Eve came and told you everything the serpent said that she thought was true, and you WILLINGLY ate of the fruit and then said”..It was the woman you gave me…” when God asked about it.
