Trespass does not give you the right to use reasonable force to remove anybody….how would yio feel if you were out for a walk and strayed from the footpath and met an angry farmer?

The old 'trespass is just a civil offence' bs..... That's if you stumble upon somewhere by accident..... Deliberately causing aggravation, being aggressive, refusing to leave is 'aggravated trespass'

if you're trespassing, they have the right to use reasonable force to remove you. if they try to do that you're likely to react. if they are using reasonable force then any reaction would be a criminal offence and therefore it also becomes a breach of the peace so that's why the police are there.

if you trespass that is a civil offence but as soon as someone who works there has to stop their normal daily work or routines to come over to the camera guy then it changes to aggregated trespassing and that is a criminal offence, just get the guy charged and they will stop.

Trespass is a civil matter and nothing to do with the police, unless you refuse to move on by the landowner, then it becomes agrivated trespass.
