I agree but I don’t think aokiji would’ve lost regardless, he’s a top tier for a reason and there’s also a reason why we haven’t seen logia awakenings, we know it wasn’t a high diff fight bc aokiji would’ve terraformed the island like he did with akainu in punk hazard.

I don't think conquerors are EXACTLY born in One Piece, it just has to with INSANE willpower in a WORLD FULL OF MONSTERS, so just saying they're born like it was MEANT to be doesn't sound right, but either way it's not still easy to become a top tier

Its so obviously the naruto verse though. Join your village’s ninja school, train hard, and you may or may not have abilities to be busted but at minimum you can become a low-mid tier in the verse. One piece requires genetic gifting of all haki and a really good devil fruit which is way rarer than somebody with high chakra, and bleach is just insane you need to be either born as someone like ichigo or train for 1000s of years in the soul society

as a regular dude? no chakra, no devil fruits/haki, no spiritual energy? none of them. if you get something to start, Naruto would be the easiest if you have the control, you don't have to be Madara or hashirama. but you can train to be a Tsunade or a Minato or a jiraya or a Sakura

Do I have to remind everyone that Garp is a top teir wedout conqueres haki? And no black lighting doesn't mean conqueres because Sabo, Sanji, Kobi, maybe Law and so many other characters have had black lighting in there attacks wedout haveing conqueres haki. Sengoku is the only marine with comformed conqueres, black lighting is just a way to show that a character is using haki in there strikes and if Garp had conqueres haki he wouldn't have needed to use a galaxy impact to take out all the smaler guys he would have just used his conqueres and saved his strength for the big guys

In Naruto you got minato rock lee sakura jiraya that don’t come from any knows clans and even guy yes he technically has to die for that power but he didn’t and still for most villain in Naruto i believe the 7th gate would be enough and not lethal so yes Naruto is the correct answer even tho it ofc won’t be a piece of cake

one piece all the way. It's really easy to become one the strongest there like just look at Zoro, even before time skip (where he didn't have much understanding of haki) still was strong enough to put up hands with most of the villains in the anime

One piece easiest I think. All are pretty much impossible to be a top tier but your getting closest with one piece cause fruits and haki more accesible then a blood linked clan or kekkei genkai. Given the task to be a top tier im picking one piece 👌😔
