yes i do have gerd actually 😂 sometimes i wake up randomly in night with burning and feeling like my stomach acid is movineg through my abdomen... it scares me everytime i get bad anxiety ... sadly only diet can help

it can increase risk of cancer, it doesnt cause it. most important is to protect the throat from acid time to time and let it heal. if u ignore it can cause very serious damage to the troath

The only thing they did was give me some anti acids meds I now have to tale every day. But the throat issues started up as the pollen season did, and I got some dejavu feeling that it was going on like this last year as well during the pollen season.
