if you're park hopping one day you can park hop all days. I wouldn't do magic Kingdom on party day... how many days are you going? we have been so many times.

If you aren’t doing the party then definitely do MK on party day! The crowds are SO low and it’s 10000% worth it. You can always go back another night to see the fireworks and parade and such. When we take our littles we always take a break around 3PM for everyone to nap/cool off/chill out before going back for whatever park we do at night! Be sure to do fantasmic at HS!

we are going in September also. this will he our 4th time back. You will need time to chill with little ones that age. what I would do is park hop Hollywood to epcot. I would go to MK on the party days being the crowds will be less. the party starts around 4pm so I would park hop to animal kingdom. but animal kingdom is a very hot park so if you want to switch it up so the kiddos won't be so hot and less fussing going on.

We are doing MK on a party day but know that we will miss the parade and fireworks which kinda sucks but taking my 85 yr old mom so she won’t last all day.

Only you know your kids but my kids absolutely could not hang all day and later in the day when they were that little. We called it quits most days by about 7pm.

also get the custom mixed popcorn at the confectionary. I’m planning a solo trip for my birthday just for that.
