im a night shift nurse and don’t have time to workout 5x a week but do strength train 3x a week with at least 10 mins cardio and try to incorporate walking on my off days (i also walk a lotttt at my job). is this enough? my goal is body recomping and gaining muscle/losing fat through a slight calorie deficit

do you have any advice for a vegetarian at college? I have protein powder/bars, but i know that it isn’t whole foods and im wondering how this will impact my progress in the fall. The dining halll doesn’t have great vegetarian protein options (i have salad every day at the salad bar) and they typically have things like pasta and pizza, i get cooked veggies when they are available but for a protein increase would you say the non-whole foods options are okay?
