Just because the label says “whole wheat” doesn’t mean it’s actually nourishing. Most are still made with stripped-down flours and barely any fiber. I opt for sprouted grain or gluten-free options that actually keep me full. ❌ Fat-Free Salad Dressing
Sounds clean, but it’s mostly sugar and fillers in disguise. Without fat, your body can’t absorb the nutrients in your salad—so what’s the point? I use full-fat dressings or make my own. ❌ Granola Bars
