😡😡😡😡😡😡Just a note to anyone using #viator for travel excursions. We had a horrible experience with them in Rome at the coliseum. Because of their faulty ear pieces, our whole group was late for our entry time. We were already minutes away from the entrance gate. Then there was a huge line for group entries. Our guide told us we could go over to single entry because it was a short line. When we did, we were denied entry because it was past the time on the ticket. Even though we were allowed 90 minutes inside the coliseum. Even though he called the tour guide and confirmed it. Filed claim with Viator who used Show Me Italy to book it. First they said we didn't show up. Provided proof of tickets that you receive from guide and now they denied because we were not there exactly 15 minutes before 2. We had a meet time of 2. Guide messed around for 15 minutes with the ear pieces. Minutes to walk to coliseum. Denied. Read reviews of Viator. Do your research. #Viator
