A good trick is drinking a little bit everytime u eat so u can use the drink as a mouth wash and rinse the food out the sides of ur mouth without using ur tongue kinda gross sounding but it’ll help for the healing process hope it helps 💋

when i got mine i ate and drank perfectly fine 😭 no pain ot anything and the pierdes said not to drink anything through a straw for a week, i drank bubble tea the moment i left the shop 😭
