I'm not defending the DHR worker because I honestly feel she needs to be in jail right now, the worker picked the child up from daycare to take her to a supervised visit with a parent. Just wanted to let y'all know that's what they are saying on the news. But how the hell does anyone forget they have a child in their vehicle.

As a child that grew up in “the system “ from 3 mths old. DHR is a joke! I literally was out working in the heat yday working and my head was soaked from sweating. I will never stand up for DHR in this state. Never. They failed me in SO many ways! SO many!

There’s rumors in my town that our DHR has something to do with trafficking children. Don’t know anymore about it but I’ve seen multiple comments on our local FB page about it.

I worked at DHR for a year right out of college and I support all you said. It’s a joke. Some of the most broken people I’ve ever met worked there. They needed to fix themselves first.

yes I live in Jasper Alabama I have the news on my tik tok about it... I'm currently dealing with dhr now on a safety plan I would not let them get them I contacted my ex husband he's got them until the plan is over with I do not trust them it's been a month tomorrow since they took them

The way I read it, it was an outside agency DHR had contracted with to transport children for visitations. Either way, this is a terrible tragedy.
