@kianimargolis: kinda sorta obsessed with making sourdough🥣 ✎ recipe: - 100g starter x 360g water - 450g bread flour x 50g flour x 10g salt - rest for 1hr - add fresh rosemary (forgot to film) - stretch + fold x4 every 30mins (cover with damp towel) - rest for 4-12 hours (cover with damp towel) - spread, fold, & roll dough + place in basket & cover - rest in fridge for 12-36 hrs - preheat oven to 500° + score dough - bake at 500° for 30 mins with lid on; remove lid & bake for another 5-15 mins (depends on how golden you want it) - rest for 1 hr before slicing - store in freezer • • • #sourdough #sourdoughbread #breadtok #baking
