@tiffanytravels07: Excellence Oyster Bay in Jamaica allows you to go directly to their website and select the building,room and view that you want. I booked this hotel four months ago and reserved room 5305 which overlooks the pool and the ocean. Upon arriving, my keys were ready. You must book your reservation first before you can select your room. This resort is a 10 out of 10. I will be posting a full review in a few days. #jamaica
