I drove passed this the day it was on fire. This was so many weeks ago now. The fact that people haven’t been let in to get their belongings is crazy! Especially since it’s not an affected building even!! Sketchy!!

good for you! 👏👏 my dads complex burnt but was told it was only severe smoke damage…we made a list for them to retrieve items & they said it burnt but showed no proof they kept all valuable items for themselves worth thousands!

Well going down the stairs took more time and probably resistance she wanted to get in out as fast as possible over the balcony … idk where the breakables are ( lamps tvs etc)

PM here.. Guarantee the reason they want no one to enter is the Owner(s) of complex will be trying to get $$ insurance from building that caught on fire (fraud) they will claim smoke damage and loss of business for the tenants that were on the application process. The longer they let out the more $$$ they'll receive. Good luck

I’m a little confused to why she’s throwing it off the balcony - I mean I know she’s not supposed to be in there but she is so no containers no boxes ? Seems like going in and packing all she could quietly would be less likely to get her thrown out.

They don’t want you to access your stuff because they don’t want you to move out permanently. They want you back when it’s safe to let residents move back in. Breaking leases and re-renting every unit would be too hard for them so they just leave everyone in limbo.
