a power point is crazy. it's one thing to acknowledge the struggles of motherhood and parenthood and child psych and everything. but to persuade someone to not have a baby is a whole different vibe. pay attention. someone can be a real friend and look out for your interests. but what about Victoria's wants. she probably wanted Hazel and NEVER imagined not keeping that pregnancy. I would have been hurt too

it’s someone on her team meaning someone whose money is impacted by her pregnancy and outcomes … it’s very callous! they saw her pregnancy as a hindrance to the money flow. she’s an adult woman whose capable of making life choices and she’s more successful post baby, thankfully!

A team member putting into perspective the logistics of having a baby when you let them have input on every other area of your life and career seems on brand. Pregnancy heightens emotions too so that’s also on brand that she found it hurtful and viewed it as projecting/implying abortion. Let’s also remember these artists want people full time staff and they are in fact invested and dependent on her.

It’s funny because most of Victoria’s greatest success came after having Hzel. She said before she was inspired to write On My Mama after having Hazel and it’s the song that hit the charts, led to her grammys, etc

Victoria is definitely the exception not the rule. As a fan I was very nervous when she got pregnant but she transmuted that energy and went even harder. However most people understandably slow down exponentially and their careers never recover.
