bringing it back to 60 would mean they would have to have less people working on the games. which in turn less jobs for developers. the more developers working on a game the more it will cost to make and the more it will cost to buy. that's why expedition 33 is 50 while aaa games are 70. so even tho it would be nice it will never happen 🥺

because expedition 33 was made by 30 devs while Xbox has thousands of devs in one studio working on a dying recycled game that uses ai generated content yet for some reason still has 4-6 studios working on it (i mean cod) inflated studios and underperforming AAA games are the reason we have a Masterpiece for a 50$ and a recycled garbage for 70-80$

expedition had a small team working on it. so 50 bucks a game they were able to still make huge profit. considering it was a new studio. big name companies has MILLIONS to pay back to many different workers, therefore need too sell it for more money.
