The kid is dead. Probably got lured. It’s extremely hard to run away to another country and start a new life at that age. Either homeless or dead.

Been almost 20 years, chances of him being alive is almost 0. They're probably searching for a body. Even if he did try running away, he probably came across someone dangerous or got lured

I reckon he was groomed and lured into a sense of safety, and trafficked out of the country or killed. He didn’t buy a cheap return ticket because he thought he would be getting a lift back. Didn’t take all his cash cause only took what he thought he’d need. Didn’t take his phone cause he was told not to. He knew the underground very well and if someone said meet me at warwick avenue entrance at 2pm that’s all he needed to know. But thats my opinion, bless his soul, i hope he’a still alive and well somewhere out there.

How deeply did they do a forensic analysis on his computer? That should have been completely dissected looking at every search history, email, chat rooms. Everything!!

Let’s say he was lured, why he left his phone? That should be the main connection in between him and a stranger from internet. It doesn’t make sense for me leaving the phone and charger behind. Poor kid

Watched a video on this recently. He didn't actually own a phone at the time of his disappearence, he broke it and had no interest in getting a new one as stated by his parents. He most likely emptied his bank account (except for about 30 quid or something) because he was going to a concert and needed ticket & transport money, there was bands playing in the area that he was interested in. That's why he left his psp charger at home, because he planned on coming home at some point. He had family in London too where he disappeared, would have gone and stayed there after the concert. Where he went though is hard to theorize, although I personally think he might have met someone that unfortunately did something to him. You should see the disappearances of young people in that area of London, there's a lot. Hope this case can one day be solved, one of the ones that sticks in my head when I think of cold cases.

I read a comment that said “There was an instant in which this kid realized that he made a big mistake” to this day, that idea still gives me chills, I can't imagine what he must have seen or what happened in his last moments.

I live in the next village from Andrew’s home, I was 16 when he went missing. It scares me how he literally disappeared into the crowd. I hope he is alive, I hope for his parents sake they get some answers. The unknown must kill them.

if he's still alive, he would need a prescription for his glasses as his sight would most likely change. it appears from photos that he NEEDS his glasses. it's a long shot but might be worthwhile to check.

Because of his lack personal items, I almost guarantee he was lured to be trafficked. “Meet in London, bring nothing.” He went to London because there are so many people, hard to track. He was likely brought down south. This happens more than we know. I would highly suggest to watch the movie “profile”. These things happen.
