Hey hunny ! I too went to my 39-40 week appointment ! Was told my BP was through the roof ! I was then told I needed to check in ! I grabbed my labor bag and called my hubby ! She was born via c-section! I was in the hospital for 4 days because of BP uncontrollably issues

Oh honey why a failure?? You go to the appts to keep you and baby healthy and safe and the Dr saw something and wants to keep you both that way. Flip the script and make it a WIN. You’re following the medical advice to keep you both healthy!!

I had a c section after a long labor, my second baby was transverse and my third a footling breach. My OB basically said without medical care 100 years ago I probably would’ve died or my babies. So here I am w 3 healthy grown kiddos an yes 3 c sections - all ok. Hang in there

My daughter was breech and I did not want an ECV.. good thing we didn’t do it cause the cord was wrapped around her neck several times and we may not have had a good outcome! C-Section was how she was born! She is a very healthy 22yo!

I often say the only one whose “birth plan” counts is the baby’s. They’ll do what they do and a few weeks from now you won’t care how he/she got here. Seriously.

Wasn't allowed to leave my 36+5 day NST appointment because of my labs. Turns out I was in heart failure. Sometimes it's for the best. hang in there sweet lady.
