As a sephora employee it was just as bad for us. We didnt even know they were doing this untill we opened and were swarmed by dashers. All us were running around like maniacs. I hope they never do this again

Hi Sephora employee here ! Call your store and ask them if they have the “STORE copy” because when we do the online ordered normally we staple the bag clothes and staple the customers copy onto the bag, then we get a copy and keep them. Not sure if they will let you use it. But maybe if you bring in proof from the app they may do it.

Same thing happened to me. My dasher had 3 sephora orders and delivered the wrong one. I was able to get partial refund.

Girl I got the complete wrong perfume they also were no help. I have to go return it to get my money back but so annoying. Cause I tipped and paid for the delivery fee. Last time I use DoorDash for Sephora. Not worth it at all. You don’t get the promo either if you try to exchange it.

You could probably press help in doordash when you look in your order and they’ll usually have you attach the picture and you tell them there’s missing items, i assume its the same as when you’re missing items in a food order and they refund it?

They definitely mixed up your order with someone else’s. Also the names on the receipt didn’t even match the names on DoorDash for some reason so it made it confusing if we had multiple orders. I just matched the name with the amount of items and double checked for all my customers.
