That’s it. The only thing is that she got fired now if that was another mother or father they would be facing jail time. That’s exactly what this person needs to be facing immediate jail time and a lawsuit not just on CPS in the state but as well, I’m just that individual

When you look further into it. This Child’s Father has visitation rights every Tuesday. And on Tuesday He was with His Father on Tuesday until about 11:30. Then as scheduled His Father releases Him over to a CPS Contractor to this Child to a daycare. Where the Child’s Foster’s Mother picks Him up at 5:00. But when she went to pick Him up. He wasn’t there. And that’s what triggered the search.

The child was at a day care, the worker took the baby to do a supervised visit with dad then after that supervised visit that worker went and did personal errands went home and left that baby in that car. That baby was 2 years old ❤️🩹❤️🩹

I’m in Alabama and dv situation just got my kids took and they was trying to put my 3 younger kids in a car without car seats I think tf not and provide the seats and buckled my babies in still trying to fight like hell with absolutely zero fucking help they say reach out but never actually help you when you do reach out

We call it DHR here but yeah, Alabama unnecessarily takes children and puts them into DHR custody so they profit from the parents that lose custody of their children. OVER HALF the time, the child never should have been removed from the parents custody. Alabama DHR has so many lawsuits for TAKING children for no reason.

I can remember here locally, cps took a child, and the child was SA’d in foster care. CPS workers need to be passionate about their positions! Not just pushing papers from one desk to the next & replacing those kids.

I bet that worker couldn’t or didn’t want to find a replacement in the middle of the night and was like this child will be ok until morning he’s sleeping I’ll check on child in morning. If they can’t find a replacement they are to go the office until then. This worker should be charged 100% no excuse for this poor baby.
