I still bled pretty crazily after my 2nd C-section so still keep the diapers or pads. It really depends on the closure. My first was dissolving stitches and it was basic wound care. If you can ask if they have the patch they can put on the closure it stays on for 6 weeks and you can be pretty hands off with it. Also a good garter belt thing to use around your stomach is life changing. You don’t feel as much like your innards are falling out and it definitely makes a difference with moving. No clothes that could rub on your waist also.

Ice packs are the only thing you wouldn't use. Per bottle you will still use. Pads you will still use. Abdominal binder is a must for c-section.

Pads are a must. Loose bottoms. Take your meds like they say for the first couple days. No heavy lifting, like heavier than a newborn, or you could pop back open

I donated my postpartum stuff to the Carl Perkins center and they gave it to a mom who just had a little girl. When I found out who they gave it to, I also donated a bunch of girl clothes all the way up to 12 m because my twin that was supposed to be a girl turned out to be a boy so I had two boys. Also, hydrogel strips were amazing on my c section scar. I ended up popping a stitch and I only barely have a thin white line at 1 year postpartum.

I regifted. The ice packs and underwear were still helpful. I bought @Always postpartum underwear bc Frida mom was uncomfy to me.

Definitely be ready for C section post partum care emotionally. I hear it’s worse than vaginal delivery.

For starters, spinning babies, I would look into that for her being breached and then for postpartum stuff you’re still going to bleed And I would get a binder they give you one at the hospital, but it’s not great or a Faja if you’re fancy. The only thing you’re not gonna need would be like for a c section would be like a pari bottle. Anything else you would use postpartum you will probably still use the majority of it. I don’t feel like I blood as much with my C-section, but it was my third baby too.
