Is there still a backlog in processing or am I just super unlucky?? Sent in IBR app 7/3 and got a processing delay email from MOHELA. WTH? Most ppl are getting processed within a week.

This is a legit concern of mine. I do not want the interest to start accruing on my loan balance that now includes interest that has been accruing during the forbearance when it shouldn’t have been.

If they at least gave everyone to the end of October like my FAFSA said the SAVE plan ended for the interest to turn back on then I’d appreciate that. Given the option to allow people a chance to make the BEST financial decision.
