What you’re doing is something important. I know you go through a lot of rough times with your grandma and the ups and downs are always difficult, but you always show up for her. And that’s beautiful. She knows her grandson is amazing and while she didn’t recognize you, she saw you in there. That’s so bittersweet. Sending you all the love

At least you know she loves you even if she doesn't recognize you. My grandpa just told all my siblings and I we were fat lol. So at least you got "my grandma loves me". It's hard, but worth it knowing you did what you could.
