I’m curious. How many of those were Kerr County residents? I mean you have that vote to not use funds to get a warning system. Am I wrong to believe that most who died were not from this county and vacationing for the holiday?

If an evacuation would’ve been ordered, and people would’ve been on the move, trying to leave in their vehicles and the water came up. There would’ve been twice as many missing and dead. I guarantee it.
