it sure does. after death the smell of cancer lurkes around for a while. also MRSA I can smell it, esp around PEG sites.

I've known what cancer smells like ever since my grandma had cancer and I spent some time in hospice surrounded by people with cancer. To me, it's either sweetcorn with a bit of blood or... Savlon cream.

I think cancer smells a little like a basement smell.. with a slightly metallic or sour twist to it.. almost lot a little twang.

When my mom was dying of cancer, I hadn’t seen her in year. I asked the nurse what about that smell? Her apartment even smell like it. She said that’s the smell of cancer. It’s a smell of death.

dogs can smell it i don't know why the dr's don't have a trained dog service instead of biopsies because when they do a bio it spreads all over

After working in nursing homes & hospitals for 30 yrs, I was able to detect my own cancer because I knew that smell. Trying telling that to the Drs. "How do you know its there?" , ,, "Oh, I smelled it." Lol

My husband has Non Hodgkins lymphoma and before he was diagnosed he would sweat a night like crazy, I mean soaked! And it smelled very sour and metallic. CANCER definitely has a smell. Be aware of bad night sweats!

the smell makes sense ... cancer is Parasites that feed on sugar, that will be the sweet smell and they protect themselves with heavy metals that's the metallic smell. makes so much sense really 😳

I could smell my husband's seizures before they would come on. before he even started to feel bad. I'd be like you ok and he'd say yes why. and then 10 15 minutes later he'd say I think I'm going to have a seizure. he was able to put a number on how close he was. then they stared happening in his sleep primarily and it would literally wake me up from my sleep so I'd wait it out and be ready to turn him on his side.

It smelled like sickening sweet almonds to me. stayed with a family member who had colon cancer and the whole house smelled of it but it was radiating from them.

As a nurse I swear I can smell cancer on people I have told people this and they look at me like I’m nuts everytime. I wish I could explain the smell but there’s nothing to compare it to but I know everytime I smell it what it is and I’ve always been right.
