I dont know anymore. I've had gastritis for 20 years. In recent years, I get flare-ups every few months, then I watch what I eat for about a week, take medication, and everything gets better. And then it happens all over again. I don’t know if I should be more careful for a longer period, but I lose so much weight that I just can’t. 😩

Marisol, ngl you helped me a lot through my gastritis journey and I’m finally able to incorporate some of my favorite foods, not fully there yet but I’m able to tolerate my morning coffee 🥹 so thank you for your platform queen, a ghost supporter for a minute 🫶🏻

Just got an endoscope and colonoscope yesterday and it showed gastritis but waiting on biopsy results. Lost a ton of weight from not eating as much and dealt with continuous nausea and stomach discomfort and pain. With meds and other stuff I feel like I’m on the up and up but still dealing with stomach problems when eating more than a little at a time. I want so badly to eat the way I used to again and sometimes it feels so far. When I have my first full and regular meal again I’m gonna be so happy.
