@cookingkatielady: Full detailed recipes can always be found on my blog (linked in bio) ❤️ https://cookingkatielady.com Healthy Cozy Baked Peaches 🍑 https://cookingkatielady.com/recipe/healthy-baked-peaches/ This is such an easy, healthy sweet and an easy way to use up extra peaches 🍑 Try it with my high protein vanilla bean ice cream and it won’t disappoint!!🍦 Healthy, Cozy Baked Peaches 🍑 👩🏻🍳INGREDIENTS: 2 peaches 🍑 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/8 tsp ground ginger 🫚 1/8 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste 1 tbsp maple syrup 2 tbsp grass fed butter or coconut oil 🧈 1/2 tbsp olive oil 🫒 👩🏻🍳INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 350°F. Very lightly spray a small baking dish with olive oil. Just a small amount cause you will add more later. Cut peaches in half, remove the seeds and place into your baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Use a brush to evenly coat. In a small bowl, mix the meted butter, spices, coconut sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla paste. Fill into the center of each peach where the divot was from the seed and then drizzle any leftovers on top of the rest of the peaches. Bake for 30 minutes. Drizzle extra juice on top when serving.
