@cryskitchen: After 15+ years in the cosmetology game: beating faces, styling hair, teaching beauty; I still find so much peace in just sitting down and doing my own makeup. Tonight, I had a little makeup therapy session while watching @Kyi The Makeup Educator go live, and it was exactly what my soul needed. Her energy was calm, her technique was flawless, and something about following along in real-time reminded me that beauty isn’t just what we create, it’s how we care for ourselves in the process. Doing my own glam tonight wasn’t about going anywhere. It was about reconnecting with the girl who fell in love with makeup in the first place. The brushes, the colors, the glow. All of it grounded me. Now I’m headed to wind down with my candlelit shower and call it a soft, sacred night. Peace and love, and I’ll see y’all tomorrow. 💖
