A NJPW team should win the tournament. It gives NJPW a big win on the card (sine they usually lose big matches) and gives NJPW to a tag team to promote in a foreign market when they have their match. They’re not going to win but if the match is good, they’ll get eyes on the company. Meanwhile, FTR can continue their feud weekly with Hurt S. and get their match eventually
