everytime this happens i ask myself if the customer doesn’t see how much i struggle even putting the ice cream in bc dude it won’t be easier eating it 😂 and when i also offer a cup with it so it doesn’t fall i get judgy looks sometimes 🥲 it’s not my fault it’s this creamy 😂

no literally thats why we got rid of sugar cones. we up the temperature in the cooler and theres still soft ice cream and then rock hard ice cream.
