Had the same issue 😭 what made it worse was momma cat for some reason revert to acting like her kittens were newborns again 😩 she tried to pick them up and get them to nurse again, one actually did and was able to try to nurse thru the spayed suit and her incision got infected :/

It happens after vet visits sometimes. Sometimes they have to be separated and reintroduced. It’s because of the smell. It’ll go back to normal soon especially if they’re not fighting. You can take something fabric that has the other cats or both cats or your scent on it like a shirt you’ve worn and give it to the mom to lie on or pet them with it to help speed up the process
