In my opinion mailman in the beginning not delivering guys mail to a box that is not his was in the right, his job is to deliver the mail to leasee nobody else. Mail man knows who’s there hence the name in the box. That’s first off, secondly for her going after his job she was in the wrong and knowingly wanted him to lose his job over legalities, third management was in wrong for eviction notice via mail man instead of themself or maint posting on door. Mailman was not in the wrong at all it’s his job to know the tenants of the home due to federal policies of mail, listen what if he did not actually live there (can’t see or hear him in actuality) and she’s getting a man’s mail opening it and the mail man knew he wasn’t there then yea federal laws would have gone after mailman and tenant for theft. Anyways back on subject mailman was not wrong in all aspects property management and tenant both where in the wrong…

I could understand if it was Amazon or dhl just drop the package off but he works for the government I’m not risking my job so I’ll do my due diligence to be sure I’m not in the wrong and that’s exactly what he did. 🤷🏾♀️

he kinda over didn't it asking ti deliver the notice an 100% wrong for talking to her do unprofessional if i was her id go to his job and leave another complain everyone wrong she got cause okay w.e thsts her problem but he milked it and the lady in the office messy too what happened to professionalism??

He is not in the wrong for nothing!!!!!! That man was genuinely minding his business, while working, and she decided that it would be okay to just mess with his money. For no dang reason. If she didn't care about his livelihood, why should he?

He’s not in the wrong. His supervisor probably told him to confirm the people that live in the appt to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Not knowing the dude isn’t even on there. So boom he finds out. Now what? He has to do something. He let the office know hey someone put a complaint and I came back to make sure everything’s okay but how am I gonna be expected to deliver this mail when he’s not even on there lease? Could we get this fixed? His tone may have been a lil different but it ain’t his fault nor his job to fix his tone or the way he presented the situation. His job is to deliver the mail. Was her correspondence delivered?
