do you find that the lower removable shower heads are often installed weirdly and BAD!?! I have noticed this and I am not disabled, but it's been true in a few places I have been recently.

every time I see these I realize what's wrong with the layout of my ada apartment (I'm not ADA but I was in a bad situation and needed an apartment ASAP, but karma got me anyways because I had knee surgery last month sooooo....). I doubt my apartment complex would actually make the adjustments needed for anyone unless they were actually ADA.
