Don’t get caught in analysis paralysis 🔄 Stay motivated: motivation ebbs and flows but be very clear on your WHY so you can always come back to it. 🎯 Set goals: set goals that are specific as possible!!! 📅 Schedule planning: create a schedule you can stick to and STICK TO IT. If you miss a day or get off track one day that’s okay but do not let it become a pattern. I believe in you!
