Please use discernment when you hear someone promise enlightenment or something like 8D consciousness. The term 8D or 8th dimension doesn’t come from ancient wisdom or traditional teachings like Yoga, Vedanta, or Christian mysticism. These ideas are mostly modern New Age concepts, often built on channeled information, and while they may sound inspiring, they can blur the line between metaphor and reality. True spiritual growth is not about chasing levels or labels but deepening your relationship with God, love, and the present moment. Only you are your own gateway.

Very interesting! A frequent challenge for me is that I fixate on sounds that I cannot categorise and it causes a level of disturbance. Like this is drums, this is synth, this is metal marbles swinging and banging, etc before I settle into expansion. None of that this meditation. Very centred and welcoming each sound. Thank you.

What a journey. I was pulled straight into space then to a place I’ve never seen before. It was so beautiful and the sun was radiant with colors. It felt so peaceful and then I was flying with thousands around me towards someone but I didn’t know who. I’ve never experienced this before but it was beautiful. Thank you for sharing this. 🥰

It was an experience like no other. It was refreshing yet kinda scary. I believe it was the deep meditation.. went right to sleep. My body felt paralyzed like I was in another dimension. Thank you!❤️❤️❤️

As I prepared for bed. I scrolled while I tidied the kitchen. I came upon your video. And my headphones were within reach. In a place they rarely ever are. I reached out put them on and sat in the dark living room. The dancing behind my eyelids and the vibration from the top all the way to the bottom of me was intense. Wow. Thank you

I had my eyes closed the whole time. I was watching the Aurora dance in my eyelids then at one point I saw something fly by me. to the point I jumped and realized my eyes were still closed. then as I drifted at the end I started seeing a spinning wheel. like an old school hypnosis and I opened my eyes concerned, only to see the geometric pattern on the screen. trippy!
