Its not allowed because it causes confusion and deviation, no matter if the philosophical concepts you are exposed to align with logic. And we cannot study pseudo logic which is brought forth by philosophers, while there are several intellectuals in the islamic world. Ibn qayyim, ibn taymiyyah, al razi, al juwayni, al ghazali all of which westerners copied ideas from.

The reason why they are not allowed to question or debate because they are scared the people are actually gonna think or get doubts and find out Islam is not a true religion and leave it. Same in my situation I never knew about the horrible things the prophet used to do and Hadiths (certain Quran verses) until I actually ask questions and did research (by myself). Now I’m ex Muslim 🥰

Some of the greatest philosophers in history were Muslim. Ibn sina(Avicenna), Al ghazali, Al farabi etc were all Muslim. This man is mistaken.
