Other cultures already do this. It’s called mofongo or you could do fried plantain. Usually served with beef, pork or chicken and rice.

i refuse to let bananas ruin anything else. they've already ruined smoothies and milkshakes. if you like banana just put it on anything you don't like and boom, it now tastes banana. I don't mind it, but it ruins everything it touches

Cinnamon is not sweet on its own, I was surprised when my ex made her favorite dish, cinnamon chicken. It was different, not sweet, and pretty good.
