I’ve never met a more doomed ship than Hyuluka. I mean I’m sure there are plenty more doomed ships but Hyuluka just caught my eye like no other. It felt incomplete which is why I loved it so much. There’s still a lot to find and learn for the ship. Despite it not getting much attention as the main ones, it’ll always be MY main. The way Hyuna can’t bring herself to hate Luka after all he’s done is enough for me to start rethinking my life choices. The fact Luka loves Hyuna and doesn’t hide it just shows so much more. The fact that he only loved Hyuna but Hyuna couldn’t bring herself to love Luka. Their relationship is so complex I love it to bits. I still don’t have a well understanding of them but I know it IS magic. After Hyunas death I could never stop wondering why she out of all people had to die. She sacrificed her life for Luka but the moment she wanted Luka to live, was the moment Luka felt breathless. Seeing them in Wiege and Karma absolutely destroyed me. Especially when we got the povs of Luka and Hyuna. The part where it looks like fireworks and everyone was falling, but Luka. Everyone there has something in common, they’ve all felt freedom. The reason Luka wasn’t there is because he still isn’t freed, preforming on that stage one way or another. “Luka, live with love” but the only thing Luka got to live with was grief and suffer. He hasn’t felt true freedom. Hyuluka felt so cut off. So much potential just for both of them to be doomed, like everyone else. Don’t get me wrong, I think the ship is literally celestial. The only thing that hurts is how much depth the ship truly has. Sure everything ship has depth but I don’t have words to explain how Hyuluka just felt incomplete. They didn’t even get to kiss [cry]💔

I feel like although we didn't get MUCH of Hyuna that was the point. her lore was supposed to be what she intended. since she knew there really wasn't a way for her to survive she made sure no one would really ever know the person she truly was
