Take your kids out of the school system and show them who makes the decisions. I did. The public school system cares about making a profit not educating kids. If they care so much then how does 12 years of school only land you the abilty to work fast food or factory work

Then they’ll come in sick, get other kids sick and get teachers sick. We literally want your kid to come in feeling well and not sick. They never learn anything anyways if they’re not feeling well and just are miserable getting through the day.

senior year my high school tried to tell me if i missed one more day of school they werent going to let me walk on stage. like god forbid a girl misses school while her brother is in a coma fighting for his life

If he thinks that builds work ethic he needs a regular job these kids stay calling out and coming late. And if the doctors note is lint reliable then what is. So send them to school with fevers, vomiting and diarrhea. Got it.

This is good and it’s doable ( exceptions like they said for chronic illnesses) BUT there are parents that love taking vacations during school so 🤷🏻♀️

These schools make it impossible for kids to be sick. If ur kid has a fever subbosed to stay home til 24hrs fever free can’t do that anymore cause u would have to take them to the dr EVERYTIME

This is a reality in Indiana unfortunately. Doctors notes, any sort of family related issue, even if the nurse sends you home it’s an unexcused absence.

This recently became a law in Indiana as well. But they also added that a school nurse can send your child home because they are sick and it's not excused either.

Parents need to collectively remove their children from public schools and start a Co-Op homeschool program within their communities. The government overreach isn’t going to stop until we as a society make it stop.

This is how the whole state of Iowa now operates. If you’re absent, you’re absent - it doesn’t matter why. If 9 days per half year, they notify the county attorney.
