80% of cvs get culled by an ATS?! Citation needed! This is absolutely not the case. There will be knock out criteria like “do you have the right to work in the uk” but otherwise those applications are being assessed.

ATS is purely an applicant tracking system. Its where we store and go through our applicants details, invite them to interview, mo e them through the process, or reject them at any point of the application process. there is no match score. I look at every cv that comes through. this is bull💩

Recruitment is too depressing now as you’re having to use AI to trigger their AI. It takes all the ‘fun’ out of writing your CV. Also finding that experience seems to count for nothing when Chat GPT can just make stuff up and people don’t edit it.
