One time my daughter said “it hurts my feelings when you yell at me because you could just ask nicely” to which I responded “it hurts my feelings when you don’t listen the 10 times I do ask nicely. If you didn’t want your feelings hurt, you wouldn’t wait to listen until I start yelling”

Omg that makes me so sad :( they are KIDS! All of them are behaving like kids… for example, why do you put in the TV and expect your child to sleep while the tv is on? And then yell at it because the TV is more interesting than sleeping? C‘mon girl, just put off the tv, get them more physical things during the day… they are not „not gentle kids“ they are a reflection of your parenting…

I have a problem with this… because when my niece gets yelled at like this, she throws a silent tantrum such as throwing all the food on the table, spilling all the water in them glass cups, and how r u even supposed to go from there? She wont even let u touch her.
