Not advice but I have a question. Would it be cost efficient to take a loan out to pay off our PCP in full, saving thousands in interest and less the final chunk at the end. Swapping the borrowing from one place to another but seems a better option in the long run? Any thought?

don't worry about it, coz the mortgage lender has their own internal score. the main thing they are looking at on your credit report is for missed payment, ccjs etc x
