I have to admit I don’t like how “rehearsed” or short answers they gave. We didn’t get the chance to really know them BUT I understand WHY they would answer that way. Unfortunately if a black woman shows any emphasis of emotion, people will exaggerate it and criticize. Which is sad I would’ve loved to hear MORE of their perception.

I didn’t realize that at first but also I didn’t notice they acted different. They just seemed more poised and classy. But what you said totally makes it click. I’m so sorry that black women go through this. If they acted naturally and expressed their emotions they could’ve been perceived in negative way, they act calm and put together now they’re calculating. I am sooo happy that they seem to be taking it all with a grain of salt and hopefully protecting their mental health with the negativity online.

💯💯People really think if youre mindful and think before you act, and not like a toddler with no wisdom, emotional restraint or impulse control, you’re fake. They want these women to act erratically for their entertainment and project arrogance because it makes them feel inferior. “She think she all that” no YOU think that, wannabe mind reader.
